Return and Refunds Policy The provision of goods and services by Kahli Lifestyle is subject to availability. Please note that if the product is out of stock it will be made to order. This can take a few weeks. In cases of incorrect measurements given by the client, Kahli Lifestyle will NOT refund or take returns. When ordering custom made Shoes:
We need a few things to ensure we create your perfect pair. Please send your response to email@example.com
- A drawing of the outline of your left and right foot. Please measure from your longest toe to the back of your heel. Your current shoe size (UK, EU or US). It is vital that you provide the correct measurements as our shoes are custom made on what you provide. In cases of incorrect measurements given by the client, Kahli Lifestyle will NOT refund or take returns.
- Any specifics or pictures resembling what you would like your Bridal shoes to look like. Please let us know which heel size you would like (see below).
- If you have your own material or lace that you would like to have on the shoes, please let us know so that we can give you further details.
- Your wedding date and postal address.
